We charge based on time and transparency. After the project scope is approved, we require a fixed-rate downpayment to begin work.
Throughout the project, our team tracks time spent, and billable hours are calculated at a fixed hourly rate. Once the project is complete, we provide you with a detailed timesheet and final invoice, giving you full visibility into how the work was carried out.
Initial Consultation
In a 20-minute consultation with Max, we’ll explore your goals, industry and customer base to understand what your website needs to achieve.
Project Proposal
Based on this conversation, we’ll prepare a top-down project proposal for your review. This outlines the overall vision and direction for the website.
Project Scope
Once the proposal is approved, we develop a detailed scope document that includes specific pages, content requirements and timelines. At this stage, a fixed-rate downpayment is required to begin the project.
Design
With the scope confirmed, our design team gets to work. You’ll receive an initial mockup and full web design via PDF for feedback, amendment and approval.
Development
Once the design is approved, we move into development. The website is built in a secure staging environment accessible only by a private link. This gives you a chance to explore the site exactly as it will function once live.
Final Stages
After development sign-off, we’ll request access to your domain panel — either directly or via a third party — in preparation for launch. At this point, we also issue the final invoice, minus the initial downpayment.
Deployment
Once payment is received and access is granted, we schedule a time to launch your website and take it live.
